Adobo-Style Veggie Medley
Mushrooms, eggplant, and baby potatoes, protein of choice, soy sauce, cane vinegar, bay leaf, black pepper. Served with Garlic Rice.
Sunflower Kare Kare
Crispy tofu, green beans, roasted eggplant, okra in a savory sunflower butter stew served with brown rice.
LUNCH BOWLS
Pinakbet-Style Veggie Bowl
Kabocha squash, eggplant, okra, green beans beans, and protein of choice in a savory tangy tomato sauce served over garlicky rice/barley.
Lumpia Bowl
Rice vermicelli noodles, carrots, scallions, seasoned tofu or tempeh, roasted mushrooms, pickled green papaya slaw, sesame sweet chili vinaigrette.
Laing Salad
Hearty seasonal greens, crispy chickpeas, farro, fried shallots, protein of choice, roasted turnips in a coconut chili vinaigrette.
