She later spent over two years as a Sous Chef at Jojo Restaurant by Jean-Georges, where she refined her leadership skills and cooked for high-profile guests. Her experience also includes time at La Duree in Soho, grounding her in classic French technique to go along with her traditional Turkish cuisine. Naz brings a deeply personal approach to her work, tailoring every dish to her clients' tastes and dietary preferences.
