After relocating to New York, she honed her culinary skills at the Institute of Culinary Education. Her professional journey includes positions at Boulud Sud, Cafe Boulud (Michelin ✻), and as Chef de Partie at Jean-Georges (Michelin ✻✻). Kat is known for her bold flavors, precision, and dedication to personalizing each culinary experience. She continues to draw inspiration from both her heritage and fine dining background.
