Chef Patrick brings a rare breadth of fine dining, live-fire cooking, and global flavor experience to private homes in San Francisco. He began his career at Rich Table (✻), went on to cook at Kato (✻) and Birdie G's in Los Angeles, and later trained at Ikoyi (✻✻) in London before helping bring its residency to California. Most recently, he served as Head Chef at Cafe Sebastian, overseeing ordering, operations, catering, and menu development in the Transamerica Pyramid. His cooking is rooted in a family history of farming, barbecue, and baking, with a deep respect for vegetables, grilling, Mediterranean food, and bold flavors from South Asian, Southern, Croatian, and Balkan traditions. Patrick has cooked across everything from delis to Michelin-level kitchens and brings the same adaptability and collaboration to weeknight meal prep, family-style dinners, and special occasions. Guests can expect seasonal, generous food shaped by refined technique, authentic flavor, and a lifelong love of sharing delicious meals.
