Tirzah’s journey began at Prune under the guidance of celebrated chef Gabrielle Hamilton, followed by a pivotal role at Annisa with Anita Lo. Her cooking style embraces Americana, skillfully blending flavors from her Ukrainian heritage with influences from French, Spanish, and New American cuisines. Tirzah's first role as head chef for a new restaurant received an excellent review in the NYT along with the publication of one of her recipes. She believes that food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories. Whether she’s whipping up avocado pop tarts for celebrity guests or curating memorable dining experiences, her passion shines through in every dish.
