Chef Vladimir prides himself on his ability to listen and make what you really want. Originally from Mexico City, Chef has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, including with James Beard winning Chef Tony Mantuano at Terzo Piano. From Chef Vladimir:
"I have mastered the techniques, flavors, and ingredients characteristic of both Italian, Mexican and French cooking. This includes everything from making traditional pasta dishes and risottos to preparing classic French sauces and haute cuisine. I have been involved in creating and refining menus, selecting ingredients, and designing dishes that showcase my culinary skills while meeting the expectations of discerning diners. I understand the importance of sourcing high-quality, seasonal ingredients and how they can elevate a dish from good to exceptional. My knowledge of ingredients and their flavor profiles allows me to create harmonious and balanced dishes. Ultimately, my goal has been to provide diners with memorable dining experiences.
